Dr. Bari Courts Executive Leadership Advisor Dr. Bari Courts spent twenty-four years leading large organisations across the logistics, financial services, and professional services sectors. He has guided businesses through periods of rapid growth, organisational restructuring, post-merger integration, and crisis, while serving on the boards of three organisations. He speaks with the perspective of someone who has made difficult, often unpopular decisions and accepted their consequencesâ€”calm, grounded, and quietly candid about what leadership truly demands.

Dr. Natasha Bogdanoska Organisational Psychologist Dr. Natasha Bogdanoska has spent fifteen years helping organisations strengthen leadership, team dynamics, motivation, and workplace culture. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology and business performance, enabling leaders to understand why even highly capable people in well-resourced teams can struggle to deliver and, more importantly, how to address it. She is known for her thoughtful, calm, and relentlessly practical approach to turning psychological insight into meaningful organisational impact.

Dr. Vladimir Bunic Digital Transformation Executive Dr. Vladimir Bunic has spent sixteen years leading digital transformation programmes across the retail, financial services, and professional services sectors in the United States. He has delivered operating model redesigns, customer experience transformations, and large-scale technology adoption initiatives, including several complex programmes he was brought in to rescue midway through delivery. He is direct, commercially grounded, and deeply sceptical of transformation theatre, believing that meaningful change is measured by business outcomes rather than presentation slides.

Dr. Ramin Golbaghi Corporate Finance Expert Dr. Ramin Golbaghi spent twenty-two years in corporate finance, including as Group Finance Director at a UK-listed business. He has sat across the table from operating leaders making expensive decisions without understanding their financial consequences. Warm but blunt, he is genuinely interested in making non-finance people dangerous with numbers.

Dr. Xhenisa Aliu Business Analytics Leader Xhenisa Aliu has spent fourteen years working in the global field of human resources and people development. She has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, organisational capability, and employee engagement, helping organisations build high-performing teams and people-focused cultures. She is recognised for her strategic perspective, collaborative approach, and commitment to developing leaders who deliver sustainable organisational success.

Sam Askari Programme Delivery Executive Sam Askari has spent fourteen years as an internationally certified assessor in the United States, evaluating professional competence and supporting organisations in developing high standards of performance and compliance. His expertise spans assessment, quality assurance, workforce development, and competency-based evaluation across a range of industries. He is recognised for his objective, evidence-based approach and his commitment to maintaining excellence in professional standards.

James Whitfield Executive Communication Advisor James Whitfield has spent eighteen years advising senior leaders on how to communicate in the moments that actually matter, before a board, in a difficult conversation, when the room is tense and the message is not landing. Direct and sharp, he has no patience for communication that prioritises the speaker's comfort over the audience's understanding.

Dr. Joelle Barchini Artificial Intelligence and Economics Dr. Joelle Barchini specialises in Artificial Intelligence and Economics, with a strong background in international finance. Houda Jorio, Ph.D. Professor / Researcher / Speaker Dr. Houda Jorio is an accomplished and forward-thinking academic with extensive experience in postgraduate teaching, research, and academic leadership. She has developed and delivered graduate-level curricula, supervised postgraduate students, published in peer-reviewed journals, secured research funding, and contributed to academic committees and international conferences. Passionate about advancing higher education, she is committed to mentoring emerging academics, enhancing teaching quality, and fostering research excellence. Daniel Rowley Brand & Growth Advisor, Former CMO Daniel Rowley was CMO at two UK consumer businesses after eight years in brand strategy at a London agency. He has spent his career watching companies confuse marketing activity with marketing strategy, and paying for the difference. Direct and commercially grounded, he is allergic to campaigns that look busy but produce nothing measurable.
