Overview
The RBC Social Impact & Development Initiative (RBC SIDI) is a corporate social responsibility programme by Royale Business College, designed to support workforce development, institutional capacity building, and inclusive access to professional education across public and non-profit sectors.
Through this initiative, RBC collaborates with government institutions, NGOs, and development organisations to enhance professional capabilities, strengthen institutional performance, and expand access to internationally aligned learning opportunities.
